Our roasting team set out to create a rich but balanced cup for sipping on cool mornings and pairing with autumnal flavors. They settled on a four-bean blend of coffees from Central America and Eastern Africa to capture the essence of the season.
Expect sweet peach and cocoa aromas, notes of caramel and a touch of passionfruit in the cup, crisp plum acidity, and a finish reminiscent of nougat and baking spice.
