Window Weather
"Window Weather": an Icelandic concept describing weather that looks agreeable from indoors (sunshine, blue skies) but turns out to be unpleasantly cold and windy. The perfect weather, that is, for curling up in a cozy nook with a pot of coffee.
Our roasting team formulated this blend to give you a sunny outlook through the depths of winter. Coffees from Kenya, Ethiopia, Indonesia, and Mexico join forces to create a round-bodied light roast boasting rich fruit notes and lively citrus acidity.
We found aromas of cassis and clementine, with blackcurrant and chocolate notes in the cup. Prune-like sweetness and clementine acidity resolve into a layered finish featuring vanilla and a touch of sweet basil.
