The Golden Bean results are in!
The 2018 Golden Bean North America Coffee Roasters Competition wrapped up in Portland last weekend. This event has been running for twelve years in Australia, and has been a key driver of growth in the Australian coffee industry by recognizing and rewarding the achievements of coffee roasters.
This was the fourth year of the North American competition. Submissions were judged in Espresso, Milk-based, and Filter formats for a total of ten categories.
We made five submissions and received five medals:

Bronze Medal: La Maria Natural
Silver Medal: Southpaw
Franchise/Chain Milk-based
Silver: Flying Monkey
Franchise/Chain Filter
Bronze: Thiriku AA
Silver: La Maria Natural
It's always nice to see our classic espresso blends getting some love. Congrats to our roasting team on another successful competition, after receiving two medals last year!
