Introducing PT's Blue Label
We're excited to announce the launch of PT's Blue Label!
Enjoy rare and distinct coffee offerings, roasted with care and beautifully encased in our Blue Label packaging. Each box contains eight ounces of whole-bean coffee in a giftable tube package.
Our inaugural offerings are:
- Hacienda La Esmeralda Porton Pascua Geisha, a lightly roasted washed Geisha with notes of jasmine, hibiscus, and mango. Grown at Hacienda La Esmeralda's El Velo farm at 6165 feet in the mountains of Boquete, Panama.
- Auromar Estate Geisha Peaberry, grown at 5250 feet in the mountains of Panama. This very lightly roasted geisha peaberry features notes of lilac, tamarind, and hazelnut.
- Yemen Haraaz Special Red, a special preparation of natural-process heirloom varietals. Instead of the traditional Yemeni "tree-dried natural" process, which results in a deep, earthy cup, this coffee is picked ripe and dried on raised beds rather than on the tree or on rooftop tarps. The result is a cleaner, juicier cup with notes of praline, nutmeg, and black cherry.
