This festive offering from our Direct Trade partner Finca Santa Ana is a juicy light roast with notes of toasted almond, redcurrant, and cocoa powder.
Each year we select a flavorful and festive single-origin coffee to feature as our Holiday Bean. This season, Finca Santa Ana's Pineapple Process was a natural fit.
Nando Diaz's experimental process involves fermenting freshly-harvested coffee cherries with chunks of fresh pineapple. This accentuates the coffee's natural sweetness and juicy body for a truly special treat! We love its interplay of sweet and tart notes with a backbone of nuts and chocolate.
