Sweet aromas of crème brûlée, raspberry, and milk chocolate introduce this silky natural-process coffee. A lively pink grapefruit note harmonizes with creamy macadamia and lemon drop sweetness in the cup, resolving into a butterscotch finish.

The Neja Fadil wet mill in Tobitu Tuta Kebele has registered about 250 farmers located in the surrounding villages. This lot, from 45 of the registered farmers, is unique in that only in the past few years have residents of Tobitu Tuta begun farming coffee.
Mr. Neja Fedil is a recent arrival to coffee export as well, having built his washing station in 2017 after working for several years as a coffee collector on commission for other washing stations. As is becoming increasingly common at private washing stations in Ethiopia, the station is currently expanding registration of farmer suppliers and launching agronomy training to expand quality control to the farm level.
We're very impressed by this lot and look forward to seeing what this wet mill will achieve in the coming years!
