Auromar Estate's Ironmar Gesha is an excellent example of the prized variety. Producer Roberto Brenes has presented a wonderful coffee that has quickly gained renown, winning the 2013 Best of Panama competition. His small farm is located at about 5,200 feet (1600 meters) in Candela - Volcán, near Boquéte, with prime conditions for growing Geshas.
This lot has gone through the washed process, resulting in a classic cup with bright fruit tones and floral notes typical of the Gesha variety, though with a more well-rounded profile than some tea-like Geshas.
This coffee will be produced twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All coffee and merchandise in your order will be produced and shipped on the same day unless you specify otherwise in the Order Notes section of your shopping cart. Please see our Shipping FAQs for more details.
