Our Coffee + Honey Bundle brings together special offerings from two coffee farms in Huehuetenango, Guatemala: a Bourbon microlot from El Milagro and a robust Coffee Blossom Honey from El Apiario.

While coffee shrubs are self-fertilizing, pollinators such as bees help produce a more plentiful harvest. The honey they produce is a delicious bonus and a valuable second source of income for coffee farmers. Coffee Blossom Honey—a partner of Onyx Coffee Imports—sources and exports honey from coffee farms throughout the region.

The bundle contains an 8oz pouch of El Milagro Bourbon Especial and a 12oz jar of El Apiario Coffee Blossom Honey, packaged in a gift-ready blue box.

About the Coffee:

El Milagro Bourbon Especial is a washed Bourbon microlot produced by Juan Villatoro. A round light-medium roast with notes of marmalade, macadamia, and semi-sweet chocolate. This limited coffee is available whole bean only.

About the Honey:

From producer Jorge Mendez of El Apiario, a robust Coffee Blossom Honey with peach and citrus notes and vanilla undertones.
