This natural processed coffee is from Kochere in Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone. Grown at 6,000 feet, its high elevation causes the heirloom coffee to mature more slowly, developing more sugars and making a sweeter cup. These heirloom beans are descended from wild varietals that grew naturally in southwestern Ethiopia. Over time, they have been shaped by terroir and agricultural practices into highly sought-after coffee harvests.
