We worked with Topeka-based chocolatiers Hazel Hill to pair PT's single-origin coffees with complementary single-origin cacao. We're pleased to offer two truly unique coffee + chocolate bars:
- 72% Kokoa Kamili Cacao with Mbozi Iyenga coffee (both Tanzania).
- 70% Camino Verde Cacao (Ecuador) with Granja La Esperanza Natural coffee (Colombia).
Rather than using whole beans or ground coffee in the bars, which creates a gritty texture, Hazel Hill steeps roasted cacao nibs in PT's cold brew concentrate before processing. This method produces an exceptionally smooth texture while highlighting the fruity, complex flavor of each coffee and its complementary cacao.
Ingredients: roasted cacao, sugar, cocoa butter, coffee.
Allergens: none. Processed in a gluten-, nut-, and dairy-free facility.
