We found more strawberry and a caramel cookie note in the cup, with a touch of Zinfandel complexity and citric acidity for balance. The lingering finish features pink grapefruit and clove. This one-of-a-kind coffee is an experience worth savoring!

Picked only when perfectly ripe and then hand-sorted for quality, Finca La Divisa's Pink Bourbon is truly special. This nanolot underwent a two-stage natural fermentation process and was dried on raised beds. After reaching 10.5% moisture content, the parchment was aged in rum barrels for 20 days.
The combination of natural processing—which accentuates fruit notes—and rum barrel-aging—which introduces complex boozy and spiced notes—creates a totally unique coffee.
