Dear PT’s Customers,
We wanted to update you on the latest impact Winter Storm Rocky is having on our coffee production and shipment. As you know from our last update, we are getting ahead of the storm by roasting orders that would have gone out tomorrow, today. As the latest weather reports come in, it is apparent that we made the right decision.
According to the National Weather Service, we are expected to receive a mix of freezing rain, sleet, and snow, with snow accumulations of 5 – 10 inches and blizzard like conditions. This weather event will begin this evening, and last through Tuesday evening. Due to these conditions, we have decided to close both our cafe and our warehouse tomorrow, February 26th. We feel that this is the best way to ensure the safety of our employees and reduce any snags with shipping delays.
What this means for you:
If you place your order with us by 5pm CST TODAY (Monday, February 25th) it will be roasted and shipped on Wednesday, February 27th.
If you are in our 3-Day shipping zone, you will receive your shipment on Monday, March 4th.
If you normally have your coffee delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday by our local driver, you will need to place your order by 5pm CST TODAY in order to receive your delivery on Thursday (February 28th).
