Beehouse #2 Coffee Dripper Guide


Step 1 Prewet your filter

Step 2 Using 26 grams of coffee, grind it to a coarse, auto-drip grind

Step 3 Fill your kettle with approximately 13.65 ounces of water fresh off of the boil.

Step 4 Dump ground coffee into beehouse dripper and shake it to even out the distribution of coffee.

Step 5 Start your timer and pour the bloom (a couple of ounces of water to evenly wet the grounds). Wait 30 seconds from the start.

Step 6 At 30 seconds, start pouring the rest of the water over your grounds using tight circular motions. Avoid pouring close to the edges and focus your pour in the center of the beehouse. (You should be emptying your kettle around 1:30-1:40)
