It’s back to school time and the weather seems to already be thinking about Labor Day. It’s been cloudy and cool here as we mark the end of summer and anticipate the arrival of many new things with the change of season.

Over at our cafe, PT’s at College Hill, we’ve been busy greeting the new university students watching the progress of the road construction outside of our windows. A full three months after the city first began tearing up the pavement on 17th Street, the first layers of pavement are being put down!

Just in time to celebrate this momentous occasion, manager Forrest Wright is ushering in a new menu on the 19th. Some popular items will remain, but be on the look out for your favorite sandwich starting Monday!

Monday, August 19th brings the return of Elida Estate Natural, picked especially for us this year, and we think it’s just fantastic. Honey, brandy, and of course, strawberries. Beautiful. Also look for our new washed Ethiopian, Deri Kochoha. We’re really excited about this one, it reminds us of raspberry lemonade! Also be on the lookout for the return of Sumatra Blue Batak Peaberry and Los Delirios, our popular organic from Nicaragua.
