Announcing Our Collaboration Coffee Bars with Christopher Elbow Chocolates!
The brainchild of Christopher Elbow Chocolates and PT’s Coffee, this collection of chocolate bars have been meticulously crafted to compliment the flavors of single origin coffee and varietal chocolate, creating a perfectly delicious pairing.
Christopher Elbow Chocolates has teamed up with PT’s Coffee Roasting Co. to create a collection of three unique chocolate bars infused with single origin coffees. Both Christopher Elbow and PT’s owner Jeff Taylor spent months in the kitchen blending different origins of chocolate with different origins of coffee to create pairings that compliment the flavors of the single origin coffees and the single varietal cacao. The result is a delicious experience for both the chocolate and the coffee connoisseur.
The bars are available in the following flavor combinations:
64% Dark Madagascar Cacao blended with Ethiopian Deri Kochoha Coffee with flavor notes of raspberry, butterscotch and lemon verbena.
72% Venezuelan Cacao blended with Colombia Finca Santa Maria Coffee with flavor notes of honey, key lime and white grape.
46% Milk Chocolate from the Dominican Republic blended with Sumatra Karo Highlands Coffee with flavor notes of cola, tobacco and dark chocolate.
These bars are currently available at both PT’s Coffee cafe’s and Christopher Elbow retail stores in Kansas City and San Francisco, as well as on www.elbowchocolates.com. They will be available at coffee shops and specialty food stores nationwide beginning in September.
