Our front office is open from 9am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. You can reach us at (785) 862-5282 or by emailing info@ptscoffee.com.

We roast to order and ship the same day, reaching most of the US within a few days via FedEx One Rate, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.

Orders placed before 4PM CT roast and ship the next business day, with the exception of orders that include Blue Label coffees, which roast on Tuesdays only.

Since we roast to order, we cannot accept returns of freshly roasted coffee. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.

We have three cafe locations in Topeka and Kansas City. All three are open daily, serving PT's Coffee, teas and other beverages, baked goods, breakfast, and lunch.
